Mix fruit custurd

Preparation time -15 min.                                      Cooking time-5 min. *MIX FRUIT CUSTARD* Mixed fruit custard an ultimate dessert to be enjoyed on a hot summer day..... Ingredients:3-4 tsp custard powder (vanilla) 1/2 kg.full cream milk 1/2 bowl sugar 1 apple 2 banana 1 pomegranate 2 tsp tuttifruity 2 tsp chopped dryfruits Method: 1.Take 1/4 cup milk in a cup separately and keep aside. 2.Heat the remaining milk in a pan.take a boil and add sugar and mix well.let it cook over medium flame. 3.To the 1/4 cup milk add custard powder and mix well.till are no lumps. 4.Add this paste to boiling milk and stir well to mix .keep cooking over flame as the custard thickness. 5.Keep stirring continuously for 3-4 minutes. 6.Remove from stove. 7.Refrigerate for at least an hour. 8.After an hour whisk the custard to make sure​ there are no lumps and it is smooth. 9.Add chopped fresh fruits,nuts and tuttifruity mix well. 10.Pour in serving bowl. 11.Serve with

*SWEET COLOURFUL BOONDI* Sweet colourful boondi ,a very easy and quick way to make these decisions boondi.This recipe can be made for Ganpati ji bhog...... Ingredients;for sugar syrup... 1 cup sugar 1 green cardamom 1 cup water For boondi: 1 cup Besan 1-2 drop green food colour Ghee/ oil for frying For garnish: 1 tsp chopped badam 4-5 fresh rose petals Method: sugar syrup...... 1.Combine the sugar, cardamom and 1 cup water in a pan mix well and cook on a high flame for 5-7 minutes till the sugar syrup is one thread consistency. For boondi..... 1.Combine the Besan and 1/2 cup water in a mixing bowl and mix well. 2.Heat the oil in kadhai and pour 3-4 tablespoons ,so that boondi drops in oil. 3.Deep fry the boondi over a medium flame and remove using a slotted spoon. 4.Put them in warm sugar syrup and mix well. 5.Now add few drops green colour in Besan and same process of preparing boondi. 6.Serve garnish with chopped badam and fresh rose petals..

Raw mango and chana daal chutney

Raw Mango & chana dal chutney... Ingredients....1/2 cup chana daal                           1 raw mango                          2 spoon peanuts                           2 dry red chiili                          1/2 spoon mustard seeds                          4-5 Curry leaves                           2 tbl.spoon oil                            Salt to taste                             Coriander leaves.   Rep. 1.Rinse chana daal 2-3 times in water.    Soak it in enough water for 4 hours. 2.mix chana daal,dry red chiili, grated    Raw mango, peanuts,salt and blend    This coarsely. 3.now mix chopped coriander leaves    In this mixture. 4.heat 2 tbl.spoon oil in a pan add    Mustard seeds,dry red chiili and    Curry leaves.for tadka on chutney.

Leftover roti pizza on Tawa/pan... Whenever​ you hangout with friends or feel like ordering something at home,the first thing that comes to your mind is having a"Pizza". Many people Even make pizza at home with the help of oven but what if we tell you that you can make the yummy pizza with out using an oven also. Surprised?????? And one more surprise we use leftover roti as a Pizza base. Serving for-2 Ingredients...... 2leftover roti, capcicum, onion, tomatoes,diced paneer,pizza souce, grated mozzarella cheese, oregano,chilli flakes... Method:1.Take 1capcicum and onion and slice it into thin pices.take 2 tomatoes n cut them into small pieces. 2.Now cook these vegetables along with diced paneer for 2-3 minutes. 3.Place the leftover roti on the preheated tawa/pan.incase you r using a non stick Tawa/pan,grease it with oil before you place the roti. 4.take 1/2 cup of pizza souce and spread it on the roti base to make a layer.now garnish it with the capcicum, onion

Instant kurkure bhel..

*INSTANT KURKURE BHEL* Bhel is one of the popular chat in India.. it is a delicious mixture of puffed rice,tomato,onion and sweet and sour chutneys..but I used kurkure in my bhel.it's taste is awesome and spicy. Ingredients:1 packet kurkure 1 packet Punjabi tadka namkin 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato 1 Chopped green chilli 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp black salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp chat masala Salt to taste Pomegranate seeds for garnishing... Method; 1.chop onion,green chilli and tomato. 2.add crushed kurkure,punjabi tadka,onion,tomato, green chilli,salt,black salt,black pepper ,chat masala and lemon juice and mix well. 3.garnish with pomegranate seeds..and serve it......

*UPMA* Upma is very popular in breakfast..mostly peoples​ like upma.it's very tasty and healthy dish... Ingredients:1 cup suji 2 chopped onion 1 chopped potato 1 green chilli 1/2 tsp musturd seeds 1 tsp urad daal 1 sping curry leaves 1 tsp black pepper Salt to taste Oil 2 tsp lemon juice 2-3 tsp chopped green coriander for garnishing..... Methods: 1.add 1-2 tsp oil in a pan and roast the semolina till light change in colour and keep aside. 2.Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the musturd seeds. 3.when musturd seeds crackle ,add urad daal ,curry leaves and green chilli and saute on a medium flame for few seconds. 4.add onion and saute till the golden. 5.now add roasted semolina,4 cup water and salt,black pepper and mix well ,cover the lid and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes. 6.add the lemon juice and mix well. 7.trasfer into a serving plate and garnish with green coriander.. Serve hot ......

*Biscuits modak with tutifruti filling* Modak is a traditionally made from rice flour and Jaggery,but I used biscuits powder in my modak recipe.This is very quick and easy recipe.it does not take much time and effort. Ingredients:8-10 Biscuits (parle g) 2-3 tsp ghee 4-5 tsp milk 2 tsp sugar (as per taste) For filling;;;;; 1 tsp red colour tutifruti 1 tsp green colour tutifruti 4-5 cashew 8-10 fresh rose petals 1 tsp colourful fennel 1 tsp powder sugar Method: 1.add Biscuits in a grinder and grind kr...make a fine powder.. 2.add tutifruti,cashew,rose petals,fennel and powder sugar in a grinder and grind it..make a mixture.... 3.add Biscuits powder in a mixing bowl/plate,now add some milk and ghee and make a soft dough.... 4.spread the little amount of the dough on hand and filling tutifruti mixture.... 5.bind it tightly. 6.coated with silver balls.... Now ready delicious modak to serve.....

Jamun shrikand

JAMUN SHRIKAND...                                         Preparation time - 5 min Ingredients:1 cup hung curd                       8-10 jamun                       4 spoon sugar                       1 cardamom                        Dryfruits. Method:firstly cut the jamun. Jamun, sugar and cardamom add in a mixer jar and blend it into a fine paste. Transfer hung curd into a mixing bowl add jamun paste and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl. Garnish with jamun n dryfruits.. Serve cool......
