Tutifruity filling Biscuits modak
*Biscuits modak with tutifruti filling*
Modak is a traditionally made from rice flour and Jaggery,but I used biscuits powder in my modak recipe.This is very quick and easy recipe.it does not take much time and effort.
Ingredients:8-10 Biscuits (parle g)
2-3 tsp ghee
4-5 tsp milk
2 tsp sugar (as per taste)
For filling;;;;;
1 tsp red colour tutifruti
1 tsp green colour tutifruti
4-5 cashew
8-10 fresh rose petals
1 tsp colourful fennel
1 tsp powder sugar
Method:
1.add Biscuits in a grinder and grind kr...make a fine powder..
2.add tutifruti,cashew,rose petals,fennel and powder sugar in a grinder and grind it..make a mixture....
3.add Biscuits powder in a mixing bowl/plate,now add some milk and ghee and make a soft dough....
4.spread the little amount of the dough on hand and filling tutifruti mixture....
5.bind it tightly.
6.coated with silver balls....
Now ready delicious modak to serve.....
