*Pomegranate semolina Halwa*

This is my innovative recipe. The high nutritional content in pomegranate gives numerous health benefits.

                               Preparation time-10 min.
                               Cooking time- 15 min.
                               Serves- 4

Ingredients: 1 Bowl semolina
                       1 Bowl(big)pomegranate juice
                       3/4 Bowl sugar
                       2 tsp chopped nuts
                       1 tsp tutti frutti
                       3-4 tsp ghee

Method:
1.Heat ghee in a pan/wok ,add semolina and roast it till light change in colour.

2.now add sugar,pomegranate juice and enough water and mix well.

3.Cook the mixture it thick and begins to come away from the sides of the pan.

4.Serve hot and garnish with chopped nuts and tuttifrutti.
