*Stuff Gobhi Paratha*

Gobhi paratha is a popular breakfast food in north India specifically in Punjab..mostly in winters.....
   
                              Preparation time- 15 min.
                              Cooking time - 10 min.
                              Serves - 2

Ingredients: 1 cup grated gobhi
                      1/2 tsp dry pomegranate seeds
                       1 pinch hing
                       1 chopped green chilli
                       1 tsp grated ginger
                       2 tsp chopped green Coriander
                       1 tsp chat masala
                       1 tsp black salt
                       1/2 tsp red chilli powder
                       To taste salt
                       Ghee as required
                       For dough:
                       1 cup wheat flour
                       1 tsp oil
                       To taste salt

Method:
1.Add wheat flour,oil ,salt in a mixing bowl,add enough water and make a dough.

2.rest dough for 1/2 hour.

3.for stuffing:add grated gobhi,ginger,green chilli,green coriander, chat masala,black salt,red chilli powder, pomegranate seeds and salt and mix well.

4.roll a roti with the dough,and fill the stuffing.

5.roll the paratha.

6.Heat a tawa,greased the ghee put the paratha on tawa spread ghee on both sides.

7.shallow fry from both sides till the golden brown.

8.serve hot with curd/butter/pickle .....
