Healthy Dalia Kabab
This high fiber content makes the stomach full for a long time so good as breakfast and lunch box.In Northern India it is popular breakfast items.
Ingredients:1 bowl cooked Dalia
1 chopped onion
2 mashed potatoes
2 tsp crushed paneer
1 tsp khoya
4 tsp bread crumbs
2 tsp suji/semolina
4 tsp Besan/garam flour
1 chopped green chilli
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Chaat masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black salt
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow fry
Method:
1.Add cooked Dalia,paneer,khoya,Besan,suji,bread crumbs,onion,green chilli in a mixing bowl and mix well.
2.now add all dry spices in this mixture and mix well.
3.grease your plums with little oil and make kababs shape and keep aside.
4.Heat oil in a non stick pan.
5.Shallow fry the kababs in batches on medium heat to a nice golden colour.
6.Drain the kababs on a kitchen towel to absorb the extra oil.
7.Serve hot with ketchup or any tangy dip of your choice.
