Sweet colourful boondi

*SWEET COLOURFUL BOONDI*

Sweet colourful boondi ,a very easy and quick way to make these decisions boondi.This recipe can be made for Ganpati ji bhog......

Ingredients;for sugar syrup...
1 cup sugar
1 green cardamom
1 cup water

For boondi:
1 cup Besan
1-2 drop green food colour
Ghee/ oil for frying

For garnish:
1 tsp chopped badam
4-5 fresh rose petals

Method: sugar syrup......
1.Combine the sugar, cardamom and 1 cup water in a pan mix well and cook on a high flame for 5-7 minutes till the sugar syrup is one thread consistency.

For boondi.....
1.Combine the Besan and 1/2 cup water in a mixing bowl and mix well.

2.Heat the oil in kadhai and pour 3-4 tablespoons ,so that boondi drops in oil.

3.Deep fry the boondi over a medium flame and remove using a slotted spoon.

4.Put them in warm sugar syrup and mix well.

5.Now add few drops green colour in Besan and same process of preparing boondi.

6.Serve garnish with chopped badam and fresh rose petals..
