*UPMA*
Upma is very popular in breakfast..mostly peoples​ like upma.it's very tasty and healthy dish...

Ingredients:1 cup suji
2 chopped onion
1 chopped potato
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp musturd seeds
1 tsp urad daal
1 sping curry leaves
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Oil
2 tsp lemon juice
2-3 tsp chopped green coriander for garnishing.....

Methods:
1.add 1-2 tsp oil in a pan and roast the semolina till light change in colour and keep aside.
2.Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the musturd seeds.
3.when musturd seeds crackle ,add urad daal ,curry leaves and green chilli and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.
4.add onion and saute till the golden.
5.now add roasted semolina,4 cup water and salt,black pepper and mix well ,cover the lid and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
6.add the lemon juice and mix well.
7.trasfer into a serving plate and garnish with green coriander..

Serve hot ......
