Instant kurkure bhel..

*INSTANT KURKURE BHEL*

Bhel is one of the popular chat in India.. it is a delicious mixture of puffed rice,tomato,onion and sweet and sour chutneys..but I used kurkure in my bhel.it's taste is awesome and spicy.

Ingredients:1 packet kurkure
1 packet Punjabi tadka namkin
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 Chopped green chilli
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chat masala
Salt to taste
Pomegranate seeds for garnishing...

Method;
1.chop onion,green chilli and tomato.
2.add crushed kurkure,punjabi tadka,onion,tomato, green chilli,salt,black salt,black pepper ,chat masala and lemon juice and mix well.
3.garnish with pomegranate seeds..and serve it......
