Made from milk ,Dalia and nuts.traces its origins to Punjab. Ingredients: 1 ltr.full cream milk                        25 gm.Dalia (cracked wheat)                        2-3 tbsp.cocoa powder                        1/2 bowl sugar                         3-4 tbsp.chopped almonds                        3-4 tbsp ghee                        1/2 bowl glucose balls Method: 1.In a wok roast the Dalia in two tbsp.of ghee over low heat,till it turns brown,set aside. 2.In a heavy bottom wok ,over medium heat the milk. 3.Boil till thickness. Add roasted Dalia and sugar mix well. 4.Keep cooking for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, scraping the sides. 5.add cocoa powder, mix well. 6.Now add 1 tbsp ghee,chopped almonds and mix well. 7.Stir continuesly till mixture has become like soft dough and start leaving the sides of the wok. 8.Transfer this mixture on a greased plate/trey. 9.Sprinkle glucose balls on the mixture and lightly press them in. 10.While mixture is still

The high nutritional content in pomegranate gives numerous health benefits.                                Preparation time-10 min.                                Cooking time- 15 min.                                Serves- 4 Ingredients: 1 Bowl semolina                        1 Bowl(big)pomegranate juice                        3/4 Bowl sugar                        2 tsp chopped nuts                        1 tsp tutti frutti                        3-4 tsp ghee Method: 1.Heat ghee in a pan/wok ,add semolina and roast it till light change in colour. 2.now add sugar,pomegranate juice and enough water and mix well. 3.Cook the mixture it thick and begins to come away from the sides of the pan. 4.Serve hot and garnish with chopped nuts and tuttifrutti.

Ingredients:1 bowl hung curd                       1/2 cup orange juice                        1 tsp powder sugar                        1 mango                        1 banana                         1/2 tsp cardamom powder Method: 1.Transfer hung curd, powder sugar and orange juice in a mixing bowl,,mix well everything. 2.peel the mango and banana and cut into slices . 3.add fruits and cardamom powder in curd and mix well. 4.serve it cool. Note- serve as a dessert or with lunch/ dinner..at your choice.

Healthy Dalia Kabab                         This high fiber content makes the stomach full for a long time so good as breakfast and lunch box.In Northern India it is popular breakfast items. Ingredients:1 bowl cooked Dalia 1 chopped onion 2 mashed potatoes 2 tsp crushed paneer 1 tsp khoya 4 tsp bread crumbs 2 tsp suji/semolina 4 tsp Besan/garam flour 1 chopped green chilli 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp Chaat masala 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp black salt Salt to taste Oil for shallow fry Method: 1.Add cooked Dalia,paneer,khoya,Besan,suji,bread crumbs,onion,green chilli in a mixing bowl and mix well. 2.now add all dry spices in this mixture and mix well. 3.grease your plums with little oil and make kababs shape and keep aside. 4.Heat oil in a non stick pan. 5.Shallow fry the kababs in batches on medium heat to a nice golden colour. 6.Drain the kababs on a kitchen towel to absorb the extra oil. 7.Serve hot with ketchup or any tangy dip of your choice.

Sheer khurma is a rich mughlai dessert.Sheer khurma is an Eid special sweet.sheer khurma literally means "milk with dates"in Urdu and is a festival vermicelli pudding prepared by Muslims all across the world. This is my authentic recipe of sheer khurma... Preparation time -15 min.                                      Cooking time-5 min. *MIX FRUIT CUSTARD* Mixed fruit custard an ultimate dessert to be enjoyed on a hot summer day..... Ingredients:3-4 tsp custard powder (vanilla) 1/2 kg.full cream milk 1/2 bowl sugar 1 apple 2 banana 1 pomegranate 2 tsp tuttifruity 2 tsp chopped dryfruits Method: 1.Take 1/4 cup milk in a cup separately and keep aside. 2.Heat the remaining milk in a pan.take a boil and add sugar and mix well.let it cook over medium flame. 3.To the 1/4 cup milk add custard powder and mix well.till are no lumps. 4.Add this paste to boiling milk and stir well to mix .keep cooking over flame as the custard thickness. 5.Keep stirring continuously for 3-4 minutes. 6.Remove from stove. 7.Refrigerate for at least an hour. 8.After an hour whisk the custard to make sure​ there are no lumps and it is smooth. 9.Add chopped fresh fruits,nuts and tuttifruity mix well. 10.Pour in serving bowl. 11.Serve with
